How

After purchasing your holistic health plan, you will receive a series of emails (4-6) slowing guiding you through intake forms/questionnaires. Each is designed to give me important background information about you and your goals. These emails will also provide you with educational resources and mindset-based inspiration so that you can already get yourself moving in the right direction. The very first email you receive will provide steps for booking a 30-minute 1:1 coaching call so that I can get rolling on devising your personal program as soon as possible.
Once you have completed all the questionnaires, the timeframe for receiving your protocol varies. I take my time with each plan and depending on my current project workload, it can take me anywhere from 2-weeks to 2-months. But do not fear, I will be in contact with you throughout the process so you will not be kept in the dark.
Once you receive your protocol you can sign up for monthly 30-minute coaching calls to help hold you accountable to your goals, adjust your plan accordingly and maximize your success.
Your protocol will be broken up into 3 concentration areas with 3 levels of support measures. You will also receive any additional resources to help you succeed and develop systems for following the plan.

What kind of things can you expect in the plan?
Diet and Nutrition Recommendations
I am trained as a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, so I view food as medicine and treat it as such when I create health plans. I will include some supplement recommendations when I feel it is important for your success.
Potential Herbal Allies
Plant medicine can be an incredible addition to any life. As an herbalist, I have an intimate knowledge of how to use herbalism for achieving various health and wellness goals. Herbal remedies (teas, tinctures, flower essences etc.) offer cheap and effective support to the mind, body and spirit.
Movement
Although I am not a physical therapist or personal trainer, I am yoga facilitator and have been an athlete for most of my life, so I often add movement to my health plans. Why? It helps boosts emotional well-being, helps regulate metabolism, prompts lymphatic movement (which is important for immune health) and helps strengthens our bones and muscles. These suggestions will meet you where you are at. I use the term movement NOT exercise because it is meant to be fun and fulfilling.
Lifestyle recommendations
My lifestyle recommendations may include things like meditation, journaling, somatic practices, mind exercises, music, time in nature, prayer, affirmations, socialization ideas, spiritual or occult practices and so much more. Life is about exploring different ways to connect to ourselves, society and the ones we love. These suggestions are meant to inspire you into looking about yourself and life in new ways. It is easy to overlook but our health is intimately connected to our mental, emotional and social wellbeing.
