YOGA FLOW + BREATHWORK + MOBILITY DRILLS + GUIDED MEDITATIONS
January Schedule: 1/11, 1/16, 1/25 and 1/30
February Schedule: 2/8, 2/13, 2/22 and 2/27
March Schedule: 3/8, 3/13, 3/22 and 3/27
April Schedule: 4/5, 4/10, 4/19 and 4/24
OPTIONAL PRE-CLASS INTRODUCTION: 15-minutes before class
During this introduction I will demo each movement/asana within the class
LOCATION: 61 school street, Victor, NY 14564
During this class you can expect a unique mix of breathwork exercises, stretching, yoga flows, mobility drills and 10–20-minute guided meditations.
Thursday evening classes take a more restorative approach. Incorporating static holds, stretching, recovery-focused asanas and general relaxation building techniques. This class will leave you calm and ready to wind down the day, promoting good sleep and whole-being wellness.
Saturday classes involve more movement and physically challenging yoga flows. My goal is to get you into your body so you can feel more connected. You will walk out feeling zen but with the possibility of soreness.
